BREAKING INTO HOLLYWOOD WITH A SELF-FUNDED SHORT FILM? IMPOSSIBLE!!
At the dinner table the other night, my three year old had the following advice to offer when discussing the movie Daddy was making… “Watch out for the slugs. They’ll eat the vegetarians.” I’m not making this up; those were her exact words.
So if the world is struck by a plague of giant, vegetarian-eating (how would they know?) slugs, then remember: you heard it first here.
I’m feeling like this is the (relative) calm before the storm. Shoot starts in under 24 hours. Already shot some 16mm “home movie” footage at the beach last weekend. Principal photography starts tomorrow.
